Bauchi court remands former commissioner for killing friend over teenage daughter

The Chief Magistrate Court III sitting in Bauchi State has remanded a former Bauchi State Commissioner for Information, Mohammed Damina Galadima, in correctional custody pending the outcome of an investigation by the police into the alleged killing of his friend, Adamu Babanta. Recall that on 30th October 2022 in the Yelwan Lebra area of Bauchi metropolis, 68-year-old Damina, a retired civil servant, confronted the suspect who was his friend for making sexual advances at his teenage daughter.
