Fear gripped residents of Afikpo North Local Government Area of Ebonyi State on Tuesday following a letter allegedly written to banks in the community by armed robbers, notifying them of a planned visit to the community. The police, army and other security agents in the state were said to have been mobilised to the town to repel the imminent attack.
