Tinubu hails Nigerian youth for inventing world’s smallest GPS tracking device

 

President Bola Tinubu has congratulated Nigerian tech genius, Oluwatobi Oyinlola, for creating what is now recognised as the world’s smallest GPS tracking device prototype, measuring a remarkable 22.9311.92 millimetres.

In a statement shared via his official X (formerly Twitter) page on Tuesday, the President praised the innovation’s vast potential, noting its versatility across industries and daily use.

He said, “A Nigerian, Oluwatobi Oyinlola, has just developed the world’s smallest GPS Tracking Device prototype measuring 22.93 X 11.92mm with endless possibilities for use in various industries, and spheres of life.

“Congratulations, Oluwatobi, on this feat. You have just shown the world that Nigerian youth can!,” the statement said.
