Vengeful lady poisons ex-boyfriend, 4 friends to death
An angry ex-girlfriend has allegedly killed her ex-lover and four of his friends using poisoned pepper soup in Afashio-Uzairue community, Auchi area of Edo State.
A report by CKNNews said the tragedy occurred on October 26, 2024.
The suspect was identified as a young lady that goes by the name Peculiar (surname unknown).

According to reports, the tragedy befell the five friends, who died immediately after eating the lady’s food.
“Five of them died after eating fresh fish pepper soup prepared by the lady.
“She confessed after her arrest that she deliberately poisoned the soup in order to take her revenge on her boyfriend who once ditched her,” a source revealed.
The lady, according to reports, intended to kill only her estranged boyfriend, not knowing that the young man decided to share the pepper soup with four of his friends.
Witnesses said, “They all died from the food poisoning.”
The Edo State Police Command has commenced investigation into the matter while the lady has been taken into custody and the bodies of the deceased have been deposited in the morgue.
