A local government chairman in one of the states in Nigeria have recently distributed damaged foodstuffs meant to be palliatives during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The foodstuffs that were supposed to be shared since last year when most families were dying of starvation during the lockdown, was rather hidden in a storeroom.
Due to the long improper storage, some of the food items have already spoiled as shown in the video shared on social media.
