Yobe commissioner uses first salary to enhance lives of over 200 orphans

Yobe state Commissioner of Basic and Secondary education, Dr. Muhammad Sani Idriss gave out his first salary as commissioner of education to the betterment of orphans.


He used the money and purchased livelihood materials to orphans in his home town of Nguru.

The items distributed include bags of rice, blankets, and children’s wear.

The occasion was attended by the Speaker of Yobe State House of Assembly, Ahmadu Lawan Mirwa, commissioner of Environment, Honourable Sidi Yakubu Karasuwa, Member Representing Nguru central, Honourable Lawan Sani Inuwa, Alhaji Sani Inuwa Nguru and many among others.
