Professor Charles Quaker Dokubo, a former Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, has died.

Dokubo died at a hospital in Abuja on Wednesday night, according to The Punch.
His death was confirmed by a source from the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs (NIIA), who spoke to the medium on condition of anonymity.
“Just heard it inside the hall this morning. I understand he died last night. So pathetic!,” the source said.
