Legislative Mentorship Initiative opens applications for aspiring leaders

In a bid to nurture the next generation of legislators and public sector leaders, the Legislative Mentorship Initiative (LMI) has officially opened applications for its highly anticipated 2nd edition.

Aimed at individuals between the ages of 18-35 who aspire to make a difference in the world of public service, LMI offers a unique opportunity to hone leadership skills and gain invaluable insights into the legislative process.

The LMI program, which gained acclaim in its inaugural edition, seeks to bridge the gap between emerging leaders and experienced mentors within the public sector.

With a curriculum designed to impart both practical knowledge and hands-on experience, participants can expect to develop a deep understanding of the intricacies of legislative processes and public policy development.

The program boasts a roster of accomplished mentors, including current and former legislators, policy experts, and public sector professionals, who are committed to guiding and nurturing the aspirations of young leaders.

Participants will have the chance to engage in one-on-one mentorship, attend seminars, and gain hands-on experience in legislative affairs.
