Eid-el-Kabir: Tinubu calls for reflection on sacrifice, duty, unity
President Bola Tinubu has urged Nigerians to embrace the essence of Eid-el-Kabir, a celebration that embodies sacrifice, faith, and obedience to Allah’s will.
In his message to the Muslim Ummah, Tinubu highlighted the significance of these values in nation-building.
In a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, the President extended his congratulations to Muslim faithful, praying that Allah accepts their supplications and acts of obedience.

“He emphasized that sacrifice and duty are crucial for the nation’s progress, requiring collective effort to achieve meaningful change”.
President Tinubu also called on citizens to pray for the nation’s peace and stability, urging everyone to work towards unity, peace, and progress.
“He acknowledged the sacrifices made by Nigerians over the past year, expressing optimism about the positive outcomes beginning to emerge in the economy and other critical sectors”.
The statement reassured Nigerians of the administration’s commitment to prioritising their physical, social, and economic security.
Tinubu wished all Nigerians a joyous Eid-el-Kabir celebration.
