Bomb explosion kills 6 people, injures 3 during Sallah celebration

Bomb explosion kills 6 people, injures 3 during Sallah celebration A tragic explosion caused by a locally-made improvised explosive device (IED) has claimed six lives and left three others seriously injured in Gwabro village of Tangaza local government area of Sokoto State. The incident occurred on Sunday during Eid al-Kabir celebrations. According to a source, the victims were walking from Gwabro to the neighbouring Zurmuku community when they unknowingly triggered the explosive device.
