Mother of 4 dehumanised, banished from Delta community over alleged adultery
Eunice Onyekpe, a mother of four, was subjected to a horrifying ordeal in Iselegu community, Ndokwa East Local Government Area of Delta State.
She was stripped naked, chained, and physically assaulted by youths who accused her of adultery and subsequently banished her from the community.
Activist Harrison Gwamnishu shared a video confirming the brutal treatment of the victim on Thursday, June 20, 2024.

The woman’s husband had accused her of adultery and sought the intervention of the community youths.
Despite denying the allegations of adultery, Eunice was not given the opportunity to defend herself before the youths attacked her, leading to her dehumanization and banishment from the community.
