Tottenham have completed the signing of Arnaut Danjuma from Villarreal on loan until the end of the season.

Danjuma was a key member of the Villarreal team that qualified for the Champions League semifinals last season.

He lost his place in the team after the departure of Unai Emery, Danjuma has fallen down the pecking order under new coach Quique Setien.

The 25-year-old was formerly on the books of Bournemouth from 2019 to 2021, scoring 17 goals in 52 games.

Danjuma’s arrival will boost Tottenham’s attacking options, he is set to battle it out with the likes of Harry Kane, Heung-min Son, Richarlison, Dejan Kulusevski and Lucas Moura.

He made his international debut for Netherlands in a 3-0 win over Germany in 2018.

Born in Lagos, Nigeria to a Dutch father and a Nigerian mother, Danjuma is expected to make his Tottenham debut against Preston on Saturday in the FA Cup.
