Dozens of Nigerians arrested in Ghana for cyber crime, prostitution (Video)
No fewer than 26 Nigerians including two females have been arrested by operatives of Ghana Central Police Command in the eastern part of the country for cyber crime.
In a video obtained by Neptune Prime, the Central Police Commander, DCOP, Okyere Boapeah, while briefing journalists said the suspects were arrested following a raid in the suburb of Kasoa.

Items recovered from the suspects were were laptops, internet connectivity devices, machetes and India hemps.
The police commander said that the arrested suspects would be screened and if any are found culpable such suspect we will be charged to court for trial and prosecution if found guilty.
Also, earlier in the week over one hundred female Nigeria were arrested for prostitution after a raid at various parks in the area.
DCOP Boapeah, however advised house owners and landlords in the area to carry out thorough checks before leasing their apartments to any foreigners especially Nigerians in order to reduce crime rate in the area.
