Obago arrested in hotel he built with proceeds of $268,000 scam
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested an internet fraudster, identified as Precious Ojo also known as Obago in Oghara, Delta State for defrauding the US government the sum of $268,000.

The proceeds according to the anti-graft agency was used to build a luxury hotel in Delta where he was arrested.
The agency in a tweet on Wednesday said Ojo was arrested following a petition received from a United States of America citizen, on his fraudulent activities. The petitioner had alleged that the suspect impersonated one Raymond Bush who works in the US Treasury to defraud her of $268,000.00.
He confessed to building the luxury hotel with his alleged proceeds of crime.
Other items recovered from him include a Mercedes-Benz car with personalised plate numbers and mobile phones. The suspect will be arraigned in court soon.
