Comrade Adeola Adegoke, Chairman of CFAN who made the appeal during the inauguration of the 2nd National Working Committee of CFAN also called on Nigerians to take advantage of the opportunity by investing more in Cocoa production, processing and exportation.

This present a wholesome opportunities for Nigeria and farmers in the country even as the country is ranked fourth largest Cocoa producer in the world.

The removal of duties on export of Cocoa and other commodities into the US was an implementation of Africa Growth and Opportunities Act which allows products from Nigeria into US on free way bill, according to Franklin Amao, a member of the Advisory Council of Ease of Doing Business in Africa.
