Aisha Buhari pays condolence visit to family of late COAS

Her Excellency, Wife of the President of Nigeria, Dr Hajiya Aisha Buhari, yesterday, paid a condolence visit to the family of the late Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Ibrahim Attahiru.

The First Lady, who was accompanied by the Minister of Women Affairs, Dame Pauline Tallen; APC Women Representative, DG National Centre for Women Development and other associates, described the death of the late COAS and the other officers aboard the ill-fated aircraft as a monumental loss to their families and the Nation at large.

She prayed that their souls rest in peace, and the Almighty grant their families the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.
