Arsenal have secured 50 points in 19 games after beating Manchester United 3-2 at the Emirates Stadium Sunday night, extending their lead in the English Premier League (EPL).

Their victory sees them ahead Manchester City with five points.

The heat was turned on in the 17th minute as Marcus Rashford found the back to put Man United.

The tally was reduced to 1-1 after Eddie Nketiah who was left unmarked utilised the space with a header to level the game.

If there is any game for Arsenal to prove their worth of winning the title it would be this very fixture as they seized the opportunity in the 53rd seeing Bukayo Saka putting the Gunners ahead to make it 2-1.

On the other hand, United intensified the pressure on their hosts which paid off seeing the Argentine World Cup winner, Lisandro MartĆnez scoring his first goal for the Red Devils in the 59th minute.

It was evident that the Erik ten Hag’s boys were running of adrenaline as they gave Arsenal an opportunity to strike which saw Nketiah finding the back of the net against United to seal victory for his club for a deserved 3-2 victory.

United’s lost seeing them back to fourth on the log sharing the same points (39) with Newcastle with a difference in goal.
