Auyo’s Cuisines Signature Tea Recipe (1)
As the cold and dry season sets in, let’s stay warm, hydrated, and boost our immunity with this aromatic, immunity-boosting tea. Perfect for warding off seasonal illnesses and creating a cozy atmosphere at home.

Ingredients:
1. Water
2. Tea bag (any variety of your choice)
3. Fresh or dried ginger
4. Cloves
5. Cinnamon sticks or powder
6. Lemon grass
7. Mint leaves
8. Sugar or honey (to taste)
9. Star anise
10. Pineapple peels
Procedure:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a pot with water.
2. Simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes or until the fragrant aroma fills your home. (This tea also doubles as a natural air freshener!)
3. Strain the tea into a container using a sieve.
4. Serve warm and enjoy!
Tip: The used ingredients can be reused to brew a fresh pot until the flavors and aroma are fully extracted.
