A high court sitting in Kaduna will decide whether to grant or reject a bail application by detained leader of Islamic Movement of Nigeria (IMN), Shiekh Ibrahim El-zakzaky alongside his wife Zeenat El-zakzaky on October, 4, 2
El-Zakzaky and wife were arraigned before the court on eight counts charges bordering on disturbance of public peace, among other allegations.
The two were first brought before the court on May 15, but the court adjourned the hearing of the application for their bail to June 21.
The absence of the judge stalled the hearing as scheduled and the case was adjourned to July 11, for the continuation of their bail application.
