COVID-19: Gov Ganduje orders closure of borders in Kano

Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje has ordered for the closure of all routes leading into Kano including Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport starting from Friday by midnight.

No one will be allowed into Kano State or to go out of the State from this Friday 27 of March by midnight.

All those that wish to come into the State or wish to leave can do so either tomorrow Thursday or Friday latest by midnight.

This measure was taken by the Government in order to prevent the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the State. So far no one has tested positive and the government is working hard to ensure our safety.
