#EndSARS: Runtown and Falz begin peaceful protest on police brutality in Lagos (Video)

On Thursday, October 8, 2020, as scheduled, Nigerian top music acts, Runtown and Falz have begun their protest against the infamous division of the Nigerian Police Force, SARS.

The two singers, alongside other Nigerians and popular influencers, convened at the Lekki toll gate, with banners having inscriptions that speak against SARS officials.

As at the time of filing this report, the two singers alongside other Nigerians have begun marching the streets of Lagos chanting their demand to #EndSARS.

They will be matching to the office of the Assistant Inspector-General of Police to tender a petition on the disbandment of the unit division.

This comes after the Inspector General of Police announced the ban of SARS’ operations on Sunday. More details as it unfolds.
