Pursuing his passion for education, he obtained a Diploma in Local Government Administration from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and further advanced his academic journey at Ramat Polytechnic, Maiduguri, where he earned a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy. Hon. Bukar crowned his academic achievements with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Maiduguri.
