The Governor’s office highlighted that the decision to implement the curfew was made after thorough deliberation with the State Security Council.

The primary objective is to restore law and order in the entire Local Government Area, and ultimately ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.

This development underscores the urgency of the situation and the need for immediate action to combat the prevailing security challenges.

Governor Mutfwang, alongside the state’s security apparatus, remains steadfast in their commitment to protecting the lives and properties of the people affected by these horrifying incidents.

As this situation evolves, it is crucial for everyone to remain vigilant, cooperate with law enforcement authorities, and adhere to the curfew imposed for their own safety.

Together, we can work towards creating a more secure and peaceful environment for all residents of Plateau LG.
