Helwan University Egypt recognises 3 Nigerian students, others at landmark Achievement Ceremony

University — now officially recognised as Capital University — proudly hosted its first-ever Achievement Ceremony for international students on 27 November 2025.
This landmark event celebrated the outstanding academic results of the 2024/2025 session, marking a new chapter in the university’s commitment to excellence and global inclusion.
Faculty members, peers, and distinguished guests gathered to honour students who demonstrated exceptional performance and resilience.
The ceremony introduced a fresh tradition aimed at inspiring students to strive for greater success.
Among those recognised were three Nigerian students from the Faculty of Nursing including Fatima Maaji Muhammad, an intern with Neptune Prime Newspaper Abuja, alongside Ummulkulthum Abubakar, and Ukashat Mustapha.
Their achievements are a source of symbolic pride not only to them but also to Nigeria as a whole, despite all odds stacked against them.
