Zealand Properties had previously pledged to gift Hilda Baci a plot of land valued at N5.7 million when she attempted to break the previous Guinness World Record for a cooking marathon.

After receiving her land document and realizing the investment potential in Yomade Heritage, Baci expressed her enthusiasm and revealed her plans to take advantage of the current prices by purchasing an additional plot of land for herself.
“I am incredibly excited because they were so generous to gift me a plot of land in one of their prime locations in Epe. The price at which they are currently selling is such a steal that I might even buy one for myself!”
