Iran vs. Israel: How the Good defeated the Bad and exposed the Ugly, by John Hussein
In the classic 1966 Western blockbuster movie ‘The Good, the Bad and the Ugly’, three men Blondie (the Good, played by Clint Eastwood), Angel Eyes (the Bad, played by Lee Van Cleef), and Tuco (the Ugly, played by Eli Wallach) engage in a brutal struggle for power, survival, and gold. Today, the Middle East mirrors this epic showdown, with Iran as the Good, standing for justice and resistance; Israel as the Bad, waging war on the oppressed; and the U.S. as the Ugly, fueling destruction while pretending to seek peace.
The Good: Like Blondie, the cunning yet principled gunslinger, Iran has positioned itself as the region’s leading force against tyranny. While Western media demonizes Tehran, the truth is clear: Iran has been the most vocal supporter of Palestinian liberation, backing resistance movements not out of malice, but out of necessity globally.
While the world watched in silence as Israel slaughtered over 40,000 Palestinians (mostly women and children), Iran provided political, financial, and military support to Gaza’s defenders. Just as Blondie outsmarted his enemies, Iran has outmaneuvered sanctions, drone strikes, and sabotage to emerge stronger. While the U.S. and Israel sow chaos, Iran has helped defeat ISIS, supported Yemen’s resistance against Saudi aggression, and stood with Syria against Western-backed terrorists.

The Bad: Angel Eyes, the cold-blooded mercenary in ‘The Good, the Bad and the Ugly’, had no loyalty except to money and power much like Israel. The Zionist regime has shown its true face in Gaza. Bombing hospitals (like Al-Shifa), schools, and refugee camps, Israel has committed genocide with full Western backing.
A huge percentage of historic Palestine has been stolen through illegal settlements and forced displacement. Just as Angel Eyes manipulated others, Israel lies about “self-defense” while slaughtering children.
The Ugly: Tuco was greedy, unpredictable, and willing to betray anyone for profit just like the U.S. government. The U.S. has sent billions in weapons to Israel while pretending to care about “ceasefires.” At the UN, America has blocked every resolution condemning Israel’s war crimes. From Iraq to Ukraine, the U.S. thrives on war—just as Tuco thrived on chaos.
In the movie, Blondie outsmarts both Angel Eyes and Tuco, proving that justice prevails. Similarly, despite Israel’s military propaganda and America’s endless support, Iran will emerge victorious.

Israeli attack on Iran was a humiliating failure most of its drones and missiles were intercepted. On the other hand, Iran’s retaliation was precise and powerful proving its military superiority without escalating unnecessarily.
These recent developments bring global awakening, millions now see Israel as the rogue state while Iran’s resistance axis grows stronger.
The era of Western domination is ending, the U.S. and Israel thought they could crush Iran but like Blondie standing tall over his enemies, Iran has proven that truth and resistance always win. God willing, Gaza will be free, Palestinians will return, and the empires of lies will fall.
