Kannywood’s Rahma Hassan returns to industry after marriage crash

Rahma Hassan, the beautiful actress from Niger State, who dominated Kannywood as the best actress a few years back has returned to the industry after separation from her husband.

Rahma was at the peak of her career, being the most expensive actress at the time, but suddenly she got married to Sani El-Kudan, a businessman in Kaduna and former adviser to former Vice President Namadi Sambo. The marriage dominated media headlines for a long time because it was so lavish, almost all those that matter in Kannywood attended the wedding to add colour to the event.

When the Niger born actress joined Kannywood, it took her to appear in only one film “Madubin Dubawa”, directed and produced by Ali Nuhu, and since then she became a household name and the toast of directors and producers, but she decided to get married and stop acting as a career.

Our correspondent reports that Rahma’s former husband set up a very big shop for her with an expensive car and house help that would take care of her, but along the line, they continued having issues and the marriage finally crashed.
