High court of Justice in Kano state nullified the new emirates introduce by governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.
Justice Usman Na’Abba who presided the case said the creation of the emirates and the appointment of the four emirs is illegal.
A source whose name withheld describes to us that the government will appeal the ruling.
