Kano govt Vesico Virginal Fistula centre repairs over 3000 patients

Kano state Vesico Virginal Fistula (VVF) Centre in Kwalli Kano Municipal Local Government Area has revealed that over 3000 patients have been repaired and rehabilitated.

This was disclosed by the state coordinator, Fistula Foundation, Dr Musa Kalla while receiving relief materials donated to the centre by Kwandala Foundation, a non-governmental organization (NGO).

Dr Kalla revealed that a graduation ceremony for 100 repaired patients is being organized.

Speaking earlier, the president and founder of Kwandala Foundation, Architect Tijjani Muhammed Musa, stated that the distribution of materials has been an annual tradition initiated by the foundation as a form of year-end wrap-up activity aimed at assisting the less privileged and vulnerable members of the society.
