Former PDP Presidential Aspirant and Former Governor of Kano State, Dr Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso has put a very strong plan into place to sack some top loyalists of his Kwankwasiyya PDP Branch in Kano that is being accused of undermining the success of the party in the State.
The Committee was set up by the Chairman of PDP in Kano State, Alhaji Wada Sagagi with a clear mandate to flush out disgruntle elements from the party, so that come 2023, PDP will win Kano Governorship and other National Assembly Seats without many problems.
Alhaji Wada Sagagi has already named seven men strong team that are already handling the assignment, prominent among those to appear before the committee are; Former Kano State Commissioner for Water Resources under Kwankwaso, Dr Inusa Dangwani and Alhaji Yusuf Bello Former Commissioner for Budget and Economic Planning under Kwankwaso with a host of others.
Some of the charges labelled against Dangwani were that he has no respect for an Engr. Abba Yusuf, the Party’s Governorship Candidate in 2019, secondly, Dangwani sources said he has a hand in causing disunity among senior members of the party including giving out money and other materials to party members without the knowledge of state leaders of the party.
While Yusuf Bello Danbatta the youngest Commissioner Under Kwankwaso when he was Governor and later serve as Kwankwaso’s Special Assistant when he was in the Senate, is being accused of working in tandem with the Dangwani Group to ensure that Abba did not get PDP Governorship Ticket in 2023 and he has also appeared before the panel.
Senator Kwankwaso who is in Kano right now using the Sallah period to pay courtesy visits to prominent Kano Citizens, including former Director of Military Intelligent Gen. Akilu Akilu whom Kwankwaso visited in his house on Sallah Day has since according to sources directed that whatever is the outcome of the findings should sack Dangwani and Yusuf Bello from the party.
At the time of filing this report, the Kwankwasiyya Media Team in Kano is putting documents in place to deal with Chairman, Kano Metropolitan Faizu Alfindiki who of recent is castigating Kwankwaso on daily basis in Social Media.
