Lokoja APC swears-in new ward, party executives

The Lokoja local government chapter of the All Progressive Congress, APC, on Sunday swore in newly-elected Local Government Area and Ward executives of the party.
The newly-elected local government Chairman of the party, Hon. Maikudi Bature, was sworn in alongside other members of the state and ward executives by Barrister Sanni Na-Allah.
Na-Allah, administered the oath of office on the new executives at the party secretariat Lokoja.
Speaking to Neptune Prime shortly after the inauguration of state and ward party executives, the Lokoja local government council chairman, Hon. Muhammed Dan’Asebe Muhammed promised to give the party executives needed support.

The Chairman, who described APC as the party to beat in Lokoja LGA, charged the party faithful to go out and reconcile all manners of people for APC.
According to him, “I will give you all the required support. I thank members of the party who come from far and near to grace this ceremony and urge the newly executives not to betray the confidence and trust reposed on them.”
Hon. Maikudi Bature, in his acceptance speech vowed to run an open door policy.
He said, “I will be the party Chairman for everybody and all the ten wards in Lokoja local government. I will also unite all working factions in the party.”
He commended all delegates for their peaceful disposition before and during the process.
