A special operation launched by the FCT Commissioner of Police, Bala Ciroma combined with hunters, vigilantes and anti-kidnapping personnel, stormed kidnappers’ camp at Bwari in Abuja last week and rescued victims who were kidnapped and held hostage.
It was gathered that the victims were abducted along the Bwari axis recently and was held hostage by the kidnappers until the rescue.
One of the kidnappers was said to be arrested by the squad while some escaped with gunshot injuries.
