NDLEA commander receives ABYCN achievers award for fight against drug abuse

Sir Ahmadu Bello Youth Council of Nigeria (ABYCN) has conferred on Mr Hamisu Lawal, Commander National Drug Law and Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) Abuja the prestigious Ahmadu Bello Sardauna Platinium award “ICON OF HUMANITARIAN SERVICE” for his continued support and fight against illicit drugs and other social vices amongst youths.

The group, a conglomerate organization of all indigenous youth of Northern Nigerian origin with a track record of advocacy against drug abuse, examination malpractices and all other social vices within campuses, communities and the society at large recognising the exceptional track record of performance adopted the commander for the Achievers class award of the year 2020 with the primary aim of familiarization and encouragement to keep up his good work.

The council in a congratulatory message also advised him to keep up the good work and never relent until illegal drugs and irregularities are totally wiped out of the society.
