Nigeria Police frown at popular 2024 slogan ‘No Gree For Anybody’

The Nigeria Police Force has issued a warning urging citizens to refrain from using the trending slogan “No gree for anybody.”

ACP Muyiwa Adejobi, the Force spokesperson, delivered the cautionary notice during a press conference at the police headquarters in Abuja on Wednesday.

During the briefing, ACP Adejobi stated that the popular phrase “No gree for anybody” has the potential to incite unrest and upheaval, and could be traced back to a group with revolutionary inclinations.

The police view this slogan as a potentially dangerous term with the capability to ignite conflict.

The Nigeria Police Force, therefore, urges the public to avoid the use of the slogan and to remain vigilant for any signs of disturbance linked to its usage.
