Petrol tanker explosion claims 6 lives in Jos
No fewer than six persons have reportedly died after a petrol tanker exploded in Jos, Plateau State on Thursday.

Neptune Prime reports that dozens of victims sustained various degrees of injuries as a result of the explosion which occurred around Bauchi junction at about 1:30PM.
According to eyewitness account, the tanker driver lost control and fell into a ditch by the roadside, leading to the inferno.
“Six people died in the fire, some beyond recognition. A car, tricycle and shops were burnt,” a source said.
No further details have been made public as personnel of the State Fire Service were not present at the scene of the accident as of the time of this report.
