Police arrest music producer after gospel singer, three others die in Lagos
The Lagos State Police Command has arrested the owner of a recording studio following the death of a gospel artiste and three other persons in what authorities have described as a tragic incident.
The victims were said to have been at the facility for a music-related engagement before the situation turned fatal. Although details surrounding the circumstances of their deaths remain sketchy, preliminary information indicates that emergency responders were alerted after the individuals were found unresponsive.

Police sources said officers moved swiftly to the location after receiving distress calls from residents in the area. The four victims were subsequently confirmed dead, prompting the immediate arrest of the studio proprietor for questioning.
Authorities say an investigation is now underway to determine what led to the deaths, including whether safety procedures at the premises were adequate. Detectives are also working to establish the timeline of events and to ascertain if negligence or any criminal act contributed to the tragedy.
