Police nab terrorist financier alongside 3 others
The Katsina State Police Command has confirmed the arrest of Aminu Hassan, a 25-year-old suspected terrorist financier.
According to journalists, Hassan, a native of Dundubus village in the Daja Local Government Area, was apprehended on November 19 by a police patrol team. Authorities discovered 14 pairs of military uniforms and one police uniform neatly hidden in a black polythene bag during his arrest.
Following investigations, three additional suspects—29-year-old Lawal M. Ahmad, 24-year-old Isma’il Dalhatu, and 28-year-old Shafi’u Adamu—were arrested in connection with the case.
The suspects have reportedly confessed to their involvement in the crime, and they will soon be charged in court once the investigation is completed.
