Popular female Islamic singer dies in Kwara
Popular Islamic singer, Rukayat Gawat, has been confirmed dead on Tuesday morning.
Kwara based cleric, Alfa Aribidesi At-Tawdeeh Islamic Da’awah, announced her passing via his official Facebook page.
Renowned for her enchanting voice and her contributions to religious music, she held a special place in the hearts of many within the Muslim community.
The specific circumstances surrounding her death remain undisclosed as of press time.
