Popular Kannywood actress Fatima Bintu is dead

Fatima Sa’id, also known as Fatima Bintu, a popular Kannywood actress, has been confirmed dead.
Fatima Bintu is known for starring in the Dadin Kowa series.
Neptune Prime gathered that the actress died after battling an undisclosed illness on February 11, 2024.
Fati Dadin Kowa was born in 1999 and hailed from Gunduwawa, Ungogo local government area of Kano State.
She began acting after visiting a set to see how directors cast movies. She however had serious disagreement with her parents when she decided to pursue a profession in acting, as they weren’t in favour of it, because of how people perceived the industry.

But with time, she was able to persuade her parents to let her pursue her career, with assurance that she would do everything to safeguard their identities while simultaneously focusing on her job.
Her first film was ”BIL HAKKI”, which she witness at the location the same day she went to the filming spot.
Fatima Sa’id rose to prominence after acting in ”Dadin Kowa” a renowned northern Nigerian film series aired on Arewa24 TV. She also received the title of ”Bintu” in the series Dadin Kowa.
Aside from acting, she is also into saloon business where she provided various services such as hair styling, manicures, pedicures, Henna designs and more.
