The Super Eagles started their World Cup qualifying campaign with a strong 2-0 win against Rwanda at the Amahoro Stadium in Kigali.

This victory gave the team confidence and was a great way to begin their World Cup journey.

The win equally helped boost the team’s spirits and was a key factor in improving their FIFA ranking.

Afterwards, Nigeria faced Zimbabwe and the match ended in a 1-1 draw at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo.

While this result wasn’t perfect, it still showed that the team can handle tough situations. It was a setback, but not a big one.

Although the Super Eagles are climbing the rankings, they are still in sixth place in Africa.
