Buhari seeks amendment to 2022 budget, proposes N2.5trn for fuel subsidy President Muhammadu Buhari has submitted an amendment to the 2022 budget, proposing N2.557 trillion for fuel subsidy. Buhari’s request is contained in a letter dated Feb .10 and read at plenary on Tuesday by the President of Senate, Dr Ahmad Lawan.
