A former Kaduna State Governor, Alhaji Balarabe Musa, is dead. Balarabe born on 21 August 1936, was the first Civilian Governor of old Kaduna State and died at the age of 84. The elder statesman was elected Governor of Kaduna during the Second Republic in 1979.
