37-year-old engineer sworn in as Edo deputy governor

37-year-old engineer sworn in as Edo deputy governor Omobayo Godwins has been inaugurated as the deputy governor of Edo State following Philip Shaibu's impeachment by the state house of assembly. Godwins, 37 years of age, was sworn in around 1:40 pm on Monday by the Chief Judge of Edo State Justice Daniel Okungbowa at the Edo State Government House in Benin City.
