NNPC confirms closure of Port Harcourt refinery Story by Mercy ADAJE The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd) has announced a scheduled maintenance shutdown of the Port Harcourt Refining Company (PHRC), set to begin on May 24, 2025.
