Kogi SEMA charge residents of flood-prone areas to relocate Story from Rabi'atu, Lokoja People living in flood-prone areas across the Local Government Areas of Kogi State are advised to relocate to higher grounds. The Executive Secretary, Kogi State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA), Mr Sunday Obari, gave the advice in Lokoja.
