Nigerian IDP bags fully-funded PhD scholarship Amos Ishaku, a First Class graduate and internally displaced person residing in the Uhorgua camp in Edo State, has been awarded a fully-funded PhD scholarship at the University of Illinois in Chicago, USA. Ishaku had, in November 2023, graduated with first class in Chemical Engineering from Edo State University, Uzaire.
