28-year-old Anambra man entice, rape 5-year-old girl

Chinonso Ugochukwu, a 28-year-old man, has been arrested for allegedly raping a 5-year-old girl in Ndikokwu Umuaku, Uli in Ihiala Local Government Area of Anambra State. The suspect, popularly known as NEPA, reportedly raped the victim after luring her into his room.
