By HASSAN YELWA KAFAJE Borno State Governor, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum has approved the appointment of Colonel (rtd) A.A. Chiroma, an expert in Military Signals and Warfare as Special Adviser on Security.  Special Adviser to the governor on Public Relations and Strategy, Malam Isa Gusau, who made the announcement, said Governor Zulum has also appointed 10 Senior and Special Assistants for specific functions, two of whom are to serve under the state's deputy governor.
