Benue governor restructures cabinet, replaces chief of staff, commissioners Benue State Governor Hyacinth Alia has officially dissolved the State Executive Council. The announcement came at the close of the council’s 12th meeting this year, where Governor Alia informed members that their terms had come to an end.
