Borno enrols 97,000 persons in health insurance scheme, disburses ₦1.2 bn to PHCs The Borno State Contributory Healthcare Management Agency (BOSCHMA), says it has enrolled 97,000 beneficiaries under the Basic Healthcare Provision Fund (BHCPF). The agency also disbursed over ₦1.2 billion to primary healthcare facilities in the last three years.
